Use a soft measuring tape or a piece of string to circle your wrist at that position. The measurement should be snug but not tight, comfortably fitting your wrist. Round to the nearest whole number for your wrist size. We will craft the bracelet to this measurement, ensuring a comfortable fit that allows the bracelet to gently turn. 2️⃣ If your wrist size has a decimal, such as 14.5cm, you can choose either 14cm or 15cm: a 14cm bracelet will be more fitted yet still turn, while a 15cm bracelet will be looser and more relaxed. 3️⃣ If adjustments are needed due to measurement discrepancies, please note the following: Within 7 days: Upon receiving your bracelet, please notify us and send it back for adjustment within 7 days. This service is complimentary. Between 7 and 14 days: If you request an adjustment after 7 days but before 14 days of receiving the bracelet, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Over 14 days: Please utilize the re-stringing service mentioned on your warranty card, or opt for a paid adjustment service for NT$100, which covers re-stringing and any bead adjustments.
