[Glass Matcha Bowl] Nami Chidori (Wavy Seabirds)
The Nami Chidori pattern symbolizes overcoming rough waves and is considered an auspicious design.
The interplay of light and dark blue colored glass expresses the waves,
while gold leaf, shaped to resemble seabirds, adorns the front and back, bringing the Nami Chidori motif to life.
While not heat-resistant glass, the minimized variations in thickness allow for the use of hot water.
The base features a non-slip finish and is engraved with the artist's mark: Masao Nakamura.
Comes in a decorative gift box.
A paulownia wood box is available as a paid upgrade option.

As our studio does not use molds,
each piece will have slight variations in size, shape, and color.
During the creation process, tools are used to shape the glass while it is at high temperatures.
Therefore, you may find tool marks, tiny bubbles, or specks of soot.
