How to Measure for a Gift?
● Sizing Method: Use a strand of thread (like sewing thread) to comfortably wrap around the wrist where the piece will be worn.
Then, straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Compare this measurement to our size chart.
● Inform our store staff of your approximate height and weight, and we can adjust the size at the store after completion.

**Class starts with just one person; all workshops are by reservation only.**
● To ensure fairness, any changes to the date or cancellations for confirmed workshop bookings must be communicated at least three days prior to the class.
Cancellations made on the day of the class, or no-shows, are non-refundable but can be exchanged for other products or future workshops.
● Sample pieces are available for trying on at the store. Exchanges for designs of the same price are also accepted (subject to available materials on-site).
Upgrades to higher-priced designs are possible with a price difference payment; however, no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced designs.
● Due to space limitations, if you plan to bring a companion, please inquire about classroom availability beforehand.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for trying on samples to avoid delays and ensure everyone's rights.
● During the workshop, each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The artisan will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step.
If a finished piece cannot be remedied due to the participant not following instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● Workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the design. Items can be taken home the same day.
