Otherwise, there is a risk of the wood scorching or chipping, which may affect the laser engraving quality. ◍ This product is custom-made. Production will only begin after payment is completed and the design and manufacturing schedule is set. ◍ Custom-made products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled. ◍ In cases of malicious non-collection of custom-made products, legal action will be pursued. 【Important Notes】 ◍ Please confirm that your device supports wireless charging before purchasing. ◍ Please use a high-power charger (5V2A or 9V1.5A) to pair with the wireless charger. (Apple's original charger is 5V1A and is not ideal for this product.) ◍ Please do not use a computer's USB port, as voltage and current may not be compatible, rendering this product unusable. ◍ If you experience intermittent charging or overheating while your phone is charging, it may be due to misalignment between the phone's receiving coil and the wireless charger's coil. Please try moving your phone up or down to align them. ◍ Do not wipe this product with alcohol or other corrosive liquids. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 ◍ For functional defects on new products, you may return them with their original packaging within 7 days of purchase for a direct exchange of a new item. ◍ Custom-made products are manufactured according to the consumer's specific request. Therefore, returns are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued. ◍ The purchase of custom-made products through online transactions does not fall under the 7-day right of withdrawal stipulated in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act. 【Please Record a Full Video Before Unboxing】 ◍ To protect the rights of both parties, please record a full video while unboxing. Ensure the product is complete during the unpacking process. If there are any issues such as "wrong item shipped," "out of stock," or "defective item," the "complete video recording" will be used as evidence. The video must clearly capture the package in an "unopened state," the "unboxing process," the "item itself," and the "packing list." The video must be a "clear unboxing video."
