Origin/Manufacturing Method: Tainan, Taiwan / Handcrafted Original Metalwork by Qing Ye 【Helpful Reminders】 Brass without industrial surface treatment will naturally darken and oxidize in the air. It is recommended not to remove this patina, allowing the passage of time to naturally color it! Therefore, usually, simply wipe it with a clean cotton cloth (you can wear white cotton gloves to avoid uneven oil from your hands causing uneven natural oxidation, though it will even out over time). If it gets wet, be sure to dry it to prevent verdigris. Of course, if you prefer the original shine of brass, we recommend purchasing brass polish!
