We use eco-friendly EVA resin foam, similar to the baking process for bread. Slightly different colors or heights (within 1-2mm of the actual size) may occur when connecting different mat pieces. Some mats may have dotted discoloration, black spots, or minor indentations on the surface; anything smaller than 1.5cm is considered normal and not a product defect. 2. A non-toxic oil is applied to the mat's surface before it leaves the factory. For initial use, we recommend washing the mat with a cleaning agent that effectively removes oil to prevent a slippery floor. 3. The mat may have a slight new product smell, which is not a toxic plastic odor. After washing and air drying in a ventilated area, the new smell will gradually dissipate. 4. For prolonged use, regularly lift the mat to allow for ventilation, ensuring both the mat and the floor remain completely dry. Our double-sided mats are fully waterproof and made of a dense, heavy material. Extended periods of contact with certain floor types (e.g., floors containing PVC) may cause oxidation, leading to color differences compared to surrounding areas. The mats have undergone color migration testing and meet the highest standards for preventing staining or color fading.
