Slight color variations may occur between batches, and natural markings such as minor scratches, creases, or texture variations are inherent to genuine leather and are considered normal. Just as no person is perfect, neither is a cow. The handmade process may leave subtle traces and minor variations, which contribute to the unique warmth and character of each piece. These are not considered quality issues. Please consider this carefully before placing your order. To maintain the integrity of the leather and hardware, avoid using alcohol or chemical solvents for cleaning, as they can cause the leather to fade and damage the protective coating on the hardware. Color variations may occur due to differences in shooting environments, lighting, and computer or mobile device displays. The actual product is the final reference. We appreciate your understanding. Customized items such as hot-stamped text are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This product falls under a category of exceptions and is not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period regulations. ◾️ Leather Care If the leather gets wet, gently pat it dry with a clean cloth or paper towel and allow it to air dry in a cool place. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause the leather to age and fade. Avoid storing in high-humidity environments for extended periods, as this can lead to mold growth on the leather surface. When not in use for a long time, store it in a dust bag. For general maintenance, gently wipe the leather surface with a dry cloth to remove dust. Then, apply a thin layer of leather conditioner to the surface.
