Weight must not exceed 5 kg. ※ If the packaging dimensions or weight exceed the convenience store's regulations, shipping will be via freight. ★ Customized items are strictly non-returnable or exchangeable. In the case of product defects, only an exchange for the same customized item is possible; no refunds will be issued. Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or personal aesthetic judgment. ★ Due to variations in color settings across computer, mobile, and tablet screens, there may be a color difference between the printed product and what you see on your screen. If exact color matching is crucial, please refrain from ordering! ★ The following conditions do not constitute a product defect: (1) Damaged outer packaging (due to logistics issues). (2) Minor loose threads, snagged stitches, stray threads, or reinforced stitching. (3) All products are handmade; minor threads are normal. Reinforced stitching that does not affect functionality is also considered normal. The above situations are not defects. (4) Color fading after washing the product. (5) Color differences, color shifts, or discrepancies between the finished product and your expectations. (6) Imperfect stitching or craftsmanship. (7) Misalignment or imperfections in pattern matching where fabric pieces are joined. (8) Pottery/Ceramics: Bubbles < 1mm; bumps < 1mm; stains/dye splatters < 2mm; cracks < 2mm; color bleed < 2x5mm. (9) Dimensions and Prints: For dimensions within 100cm, error < 3%; for dimensions over 100cm, error < 5%. Due to the numerous manual processes involved in production, customers who are highly sensitive to precise dimensions/colors should consider carefully before placing an order. ★ By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in our shopping process. Unless the product has a significant defect that was not previously disclosed, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Defects caused by human factors will be assessed by the company to determine if it is intentional damage or if the item (T-shirts, fabric items) has been washed, worn, or used, in which case returns or exchanges for defects will not be accepted. ★ Please ensure you have confirmed your chosen image and size before placing your order. Size-related issues with customized products cannot be a reason for return or exchange. If the product has a defect, please inspect it thoroughly within 2 days of receipt. Take photos of the defective area and send them to customer service via chat to report the issue. Returns or exchanges will only be processed after confirmation and communication with our staff. Any returns sent back without prior contact with our company will be refused.
