For farther areas in Taipei/New Taipei and other counties/cities, delivery will be via Black Cat Express the day before (delivery on Sundays and Mondays cannot be specified). Please ensure you provide the recipient's full name and phone number, and that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery. If delivery is delayed or unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or inability to be contacted, exchanges or refunds will not be accepted. The orderer will be responsible for return shipping fees. If you need to modify your order or recipient information, please contact us no later than 7:00 PM three days prior to the scheduled delivery date (refer to the bottom of the webpage).
