Please allow up to 3 weeks from order to shipment. - Because each item is made to order, I cannot accept returns for choosing the wrong model or for differences in impression. - Photos are taken in natural light, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. - As everything is made by hand, each piece is slightly different from the photos. I hope you enjoy this as part of its handmade charm. [About quality] - The position of the motif may vary slightly depending on the case size and phone model. - Tiny specks of dust, small scratches, bubbles in the resin, or slight cloudiness on the case may be visible due to the handmade process. - The parts are fixed to the clear case with clear adhesive, so small traces of adhesive or slight cloudiness may be visible. - A very thin line may be visible near the camera opening. This comes from the case manufacturing process. - If the item arrives with damage that significantly affects its appearance, please message me with photos within 7 days of delivery. I will respond sincerely. [Care] - The parts are coated with waterproof varnish, but please keep the case away from water to avoid damage. - Clay parts (especially white ones) may pick up color from clothing that is damp with sweat. Please be careful when storing or using the case. - Clay parts are delicate. With long-term use, the paint may wear thin from friction (they are resin-coated). This is a natural change of the material. - Please avoid strong impacts or pressure and handle with care. - To clean, gently wipe with a soft cloth such as a glasses cleaning cloth.
