Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly, retaining unique textures and marks from the cow's life, such as scars, insect spots, growth lines, and veins. These are not flaws. Minor indentations or scratches may occur during processing, shipping, and production; these are considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for large scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches, due to varying storage times. Even within the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between orders placed at different times. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order [Customized Order]. Please specify your custom requirements, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order.
