Warm white clay with a rough, rustic feel. A slightly off-white matte glaze and a three-color glaze reminiscent of the colors of spring. This soup cup was created by combining these items. The glazes melted together during firing, creating flowing patterns in soft colors. The colors and patterns change depending on the angle, allowing you to enjoy a variety of views. The inside is mainly made of matte glaze, so you can enjoy the color even when using transparent items such as consommé-based soup. It can be used to make potage soup, hearty vegetable soup, and colorful soups such as minestrone. It can also be used as a dessert cup for serving ice cream and fruit. Please enjoy it with a variety of dishes. I use a small electric kiln and an electric potter's wheel at home to make my pottery, and I do all of the processes by hand, from kneading the clay to shaping, bisque firing, glazing, and final firing. The plump, rounded shape, soft texture, and slight weight give it a ceramic feel. Although we cannot mass-produce them, each one has its own unique expression, and you can enjoy the flavor that comes from being made by hand.
