The fragments used are from the lid of a teapot featuring the "Blue Cloisonné Bamboo" design from Kyo-yaki and Kiyomizu-yaki. The design showcases a vibrant yet sophisticated deep green base with delicate, pale green bamboo motifs. Within these small fragments, the elegance and splendor unique to Kyoto pottery are captured. For this piece, we selected shards from the rare curved edge of the lid. One fragment is an inverted triangle, while the other is a diamond shape, creating an asymmetrical design.
