・Upon arrival at the studio, if you wish to change your design after confirming the selected style, you may do so by paying the difference. Please note that exchanges for designs of lower value are non-refundable.
・Only registered participants are guaranteed a spot. Accompanying guests may be permitted to stay, depending on available space on the day, but they will not be able to participate in the experience.
・Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. To ensure ample practice time, punctuality is essential.
・During the lesson, the instructor will provide a demonstration and allow students to practice with sample materials before working on the final piece. If a finished product has irreparable flaws due to personal error, a new material can be purchased.
・The silver ring workshop typically takes 2-3 hours (duration may vary depending on design complexity). After the class, the instructor will spend approximately 2 hours on finishing and polishing the piece (you are welcome to explore the vicinity and return for pickup). For same-day pickup, the latest appointment slot is 3:30 PM. If you do not require same-day pickup, you may book an evening slot, and the finished piece can be mailed to you (free of charge) or collected later.
The "Metalworking Handcrafts Course" is a foundational, formal introduction to metalworking. It is taught one-on-one by a professional metalworking instructor, utilizing a diverse range of tools. Participants must be in high school or above and capable of diligently following the instructor's guidance to ensure a safe learning experience.
・Strict adherence to the instructor's guidelines for safe operation of tools and equipment is mandatory. Students must wear safety goggles, masks, aprons, and closed-toe shoes during the class. Failure to comply may result in the instructor discontinuing the session, with the non-compliant party being held responsible for any resulting hazards.
・In the event of a typhoon or other natural disaster on the scheduled class date, the class will be postponed and rescheduled in accordance with the government regulations of the store's location.
・The company reserves the right to modify course details. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent a scheduled class, participants will be notified in advance to arrange a new date.
