【Safety Assurance】 ● Prior to the event, male participants' work permits or proof of employment will be verified to confirm identity. During the event, ID cards will be checked to confirm single status. (Verified through real-name registration) ● When registering, you may specify individuals you wish to avoid (e.g., colleagues) in the remarks section. We will assist in preventing them from attending the same event. ● Participants may use nicknames during the event to maintain privacy. (Anonymous participation) ● Personal information will not be disclosed during the event to ensure privacy. ● If any harassment or inappropriate behavior is discovered after the event, please report it to the organizers. Upon verification, the individual will be blacklisted and permanently barred from future events. ● Upon check-in at the event, ID cards will be verified. Those without an ID card, found to be impersonating someone else, or not single will be considered to have forfeited their participation and registration fee. 【Cancellation & Refund Policy】 ■ Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 90% refund of the amount paid. ■ Cancellations notified between 6 days and 4 days before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. ■ Cancellations are not accepted from 3 days before the event until the day of the event, and no refunds will be issued. ■ If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizers, no refund will be issued. ■ In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact participants regarding postponement or refunds. ■ If the event is canceled due to reasons attributable to the organizers, a full refund will be issued. 【Rescheduling or Changing Events】 ■ Changes to the event date or another event are permitted up to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day). However, only one change is allowed. ■ If there is a price difference after changing the date or event, the difference will be refunded or require additional payment. ■ No cancellations are accepted after a date or event change has been made. ■ Changes to the date or event are not accepted from 3 days before the event until the day of the event.
