Place your order and complete payment. 2. Send us a private message with your photo and desired delivery date. Please note that during peak seasons, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to high shipping volumes. 3. Designer creates and ships your order. A) Standard orders: Estimated delivery within 7-10 days. B) Rush orders: Delivery within 24 hours. **III. Photo Guidelines** 1. Please provide a clear, front-facing photo of the face (side profiles are not recommended). You may submit multiple photos for the designer to choose from. 2. If the photo contains more than one person, please clearly indicate who you wish to have depicted. Due to production limitations, we cannot create two individuals on a single biscuit. 3. Click "Contact Designer" on the product page and then "Choose File" to upload your image. You can provide a real-life photo or a Q version image; the final product will always be in a Q version style. **IV. Storage Instructions** These biscuits contain no preservatives and can be kept at room temperature for three weeks, based on the expiry date indicated on the packaging. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Refrigeration is not required. For the best flavor, we recommend consuming them within two weeks of arrival. **V. Delivery Options** 1. **In-person pickup** (Please message us in advance if you wish to arrange pickup, and we will set shipping to free for you). A) Time: Weekdays 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Please confirm pickup time at least one day in advance. B) Location: Zhongxiao Fuxing Station, Taipei MRT. 2. **Post Office Delivery**: $85 shipping fee within Taiwan. Items will be dispatched 2 days prior to your desired arrival date. (Note: Postal workers do not call recipients in advance, so please ensure someone is available to receive the package. If delivery is attempted twice without success, the package will be held at a nearby post office for pickup). 3. **Convenience Store Pickup**: $70 shipping fee within Taiwan. Items will be dispatched 4 days prior to your desired arrival date. **VI. Important Notes** 1. The portrait photos you provide will be used solely for biscuit creation and will not be shared externally. However, the finished biscuits are the creative work of the designer, who may post photos of them on brand pages such as Facebook and Instagram.
