Plate-making fee: $150 per design. ◆ For a single design printed on both sides, the plate-making fee is $150 (charged once per design). For two different designs printed on each side, the fee is $300, and so on. ◆ Plate-making fee does not include image editing, background removal, design, or layout services. We print from provided finished artwork. Additional charges apply for background removal, editing, design, or text additions, based on complexity. ◆ Orders of 10 or more units receive complimentary single-design plate-making fees. ◆ Please provide image files with dimensions as close to 1181x945 pixels as possible. ◆ Keep important text and graphics at least 1cm from the edges. ◆ Pricing calculation: (Item Price x Quantity) + (Number of Designs x $150 Plate-Making Fee) + Shipping Fee = Total Order Amount. ◆ Orders will be shipped within 7 working days after confirmation of artwork and order details (excluding weekends and holidays). ◆ Artwork submission deadline is every Thursday at 10:00 PM. Please read the following important information carefully: ⭕ Basic Color Understanding: Due to variations in color settings on computer, mobile, and tablet screens compared to printing output settings, there will be a color difference between what you see on screen and the printed product. If exact color matching is critical, please refrain from ordering. ⭕ Please understand that cutting may have slight variations. Therefore, it is essential to include bleed (safe margins) when creating your artwork. We recommend leaving at least 3-4mm from the edge to avoid accidental cuts. ⭕ As these are unique, personalized items, we offer convenient convenience store payment and pickup. We kindly request all buyers to complete their pickup. Failure to do so will result in legal action, and we will not tolerate dishonest buyers. ⭕ Reshipment for uncollected orders will incur charges for the [original order item cost + original shipping fee + reshipment fee]. ⭕ Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If there is a product defect, we will remake and reship the same item. Refunds or returns are not provided. We also do not accept returns based on subjective reasons such as "different from imagination" or personal aesthetic judgments. If a product is defective, please inspect it carefully within 3 days of receipt and send us clear photos of the issue. We will then assess and arrange for a remake. ⚠ Convenience Store Pickup & Payment Regulations: Package dimensions must be ≦ 45cm*30cm*30cm, with the longest side ≦ 45cm, and the other two sides ≦ 30cm.
