After completing your order, you can upload your artwork (150-300 dpi) via the "Contact Designer" option. Our designers will then confirm the details with you. Customization typically takes 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 2. Each notebook is handcrafted. After receiving your custom artwork, printing, and creating the physical product, there may be slight variations of 1-2mm from the simulated cover size. This can sometimes result in minor imperfections such as non-centered spine text, misaligned edges, asymmetry, or white borders. While we strive to meet your exact requirements, the handmade nature means perfect precision is not always achievable. If you expect machine-made perfection, please refrain from purchasing. 3. For specific customization requests, please communicate them before placing your order. Production will commence only after mutual understanding and agreement to avoid misunderstandings. As customized items are made specifically for you, returns are not accepted. Thank you for your support. 4. Due to variations in computer monitor settings, slight color differences may occur. The actual product color is the standard. Each cover is printed, then manually cut and bound. Production runs are small, typically 10-20 notebooks per batch. If an item is out of stock, please allow 3-7 business days for production (excluding weekends and public holidays). Kindly confirm stock availability before ordering.
