Completing an order signifies your understanding and agreement with our shopping and return/exchange policies. 2. Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For urgent deliveries, please select courier service. 3. Shipping is limited to the main island of Taiwan. Delivery to outlying islands is not available. 4. Due to size restrictions for convenience store pick-up, please select courier delivery if purchasing 3 or more pairs of shoes per order. 5. Most of our products are handmade, and minor imperfections such as residual glue, small stains, loose threads, small gaps, or seam variations may occur. Marks from the handmade process or manufacturing techniques (e.g., air bubbles, particles) are not considered defects and generally do not affect normal use. 6. For shoes, bags, and accessories, it is recommended not to immerse them in water for cleaning (this applies universally). Once worn and scrubbed, they cannot be restored to a like-new condition and may show cleaning marks. Clean by diluting a neutral detergent, gently brushing, wiping off foam with a damp towel, and air-drying. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes; slippers, bags, and accessories are packed in PP bags. Packaging is for protection, and minor dents or creases during logistics are unavoidable. Damaged packaging is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles naturally vary in texture and color depending on the area of the skin and season (unlike artificial leather, which has uniform color and texture). Wrinkles or color variations are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings; actual products are the standard. Manual measurements may have an international standard allowable error of 1-3 cm. 10. Collaborated products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards) will include authorization labels or official logos. Please do not counterfeit. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges require the product to be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (shoebox + outer box), including accessories and untampered tags. 2. Offers such as discounts for spending a certain amount or purchasing multiple items, or free shipping, cannot be partially returned. If you wish to return items from such offers, please return the entire order and reorder. 3. For any concerns or missing items upon receipt, a complete unboxing video is required to protect both parties' rights and facilitate returns or re-shipments. 4. Please retain the original packaging (shoebox + outer box) and do not directly affix labels to the shoebox. Failure to provide complete packaging, resulting in damage to the shoebox or authorization labels, will incur a reconditioning fee of NT$100. 5. Failure to pick up orders placed via convenience store payment will be reflected in your customer review.
