VII. Care and Longevity:
(I) Avoid humidity and direct sunlight.
(II) To remove dust, gently use a hairdryer on the lowest setting or a soft brush.
(III) Dried flowers typically last 1-2 years, and preserved flowers 3-5 years.
With proper care, as outlined above, they can last even longer, depending on individual maintenance.

I. Due to the need for advance material preparation, cancellations after payment is completed are non-refundable. Participants may contact the brand to discuss rescheduling options (one reschedule permitted, and the class must be completed within one month of the original date). If no alternative dates or times are available, or if the proposed dates and times are incompatible, the fee remains non-refundable and cannot be further postponed.
II. The workshop will commence promptly at the scheduled time. To ensure a smooth experience for all, late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes will not be permitted entry and will forfeit their fee and rescheduling options.
III. Workshop fees are calculated per participant. If you wish to bring a companion, please inform us in advance. A venue fee of NT$500 per person (including children and adults) will apply.
IV. Should the actual number of available spots differ from the platform's display, the brand will notify the consumer, who may then opt for a refund or rescheduling.
V. If you have a preferred color scheme, please confirm with us at least 3 days prior to the event. The designer will prioritize these preferences. However, the actual materials used will depend on weekly availability and the designer's discretion and may not be 100% identical. If no color preference is provided, the designer will make the arrangement. In cases where the designer informs you that a requested color scheme is unfeasible or encounters other issues, and receives no response, the designer will proceed with their arrangement.
VI. Due to variations in crafting methods and individual techniques, slight discrepancies in the dimensions of handmade items are normal.
VII. Participants are expected to adhere to venue rules and follow the designer's instructions. Any damages incurred due to non-compliance will be the participant's responsibility.
VIII. If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the brand, no refund will be issued.
IX. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), the brand will proactively arrange for rescheduling. For typhoons, class status will be determined by the official announcements of the event location, not the participant's location.
X. The brand may conduct on-site photography during the experience for use in social media posts and promotional materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff at the venue, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
