Need to measure for a gift?
● How to Measure Ring Size: Use a piece of thread (like sewing thread) to loop around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit. Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, then refer to our size chart.
● Provide your approximate height and weight to our staff, and we can adjust the size at the store after completion.

**Classes start with just one person and are by appointment only.**
● To ensure fairness, any rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least three days before the scheduled class. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. You may transfer the credit to other products or classes.
● Samples are available for trying on in-store. You may also exchange your chosen design for another of equal value (subject to available materials). Upgrades to a higher-priced item are possible with a price difference payment, but no refunds will be given for exchanges to lower-priced items.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire in advance about available seating if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time for check-in and trying on samples to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step. If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to not following instructions, a replacement material will require a new purchase.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying slightly based on the complexity of the chosen design. Your creation can be taken home the same day.
**★ Face masks are currently required due to the pandemic.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation. Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety rules after warnings will be at your own risk.**
★ In the event of special circumstances such as typhoons or natural disasters on your scheduled class day, classes will be postponed based on government advisories for your safety, and a new date will be arranged.
