◯Description of Accessories
There will inevitably be slight errors in the size of handmade products. The materials are mostly made of natural pearls, jade and other semi- Gemstone. Each color, texture, and shape are different and cannot be copied. The photo is taken of the actual product, and the difference due to the lighting of the venue, personal perception, and the color of the screen is not a defect. Please refer to the actual product for the product.
◯ Cautions
For hygienic reasons, sterilize the ear needles/ Clip-On with alcohol swabs before wearing them. Metal and silk threads should avoid contact with water vapor and other chemical agents, and do not use strange force to press and pull the main body of the jewelry to cause deformation and damage.
◯ Maintenance method
Sterling silver/ Bronze can be wiped and maintained with a Silver cleaning cloth to restore the metallic luster; pearls and jade can be cleaned with mild soapy water. After wearing it on the same day, it is recommended to wipe it lightly with a dry cloth, and then store it in a zipper bag to keep it dry and reduce drag and oxidation.
◯ After-sales service
All products have a 6-month warranty period, which is only for the deformation, falling off, and breakage of the ear needles/ Clip-On. The main material repairs and round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the buyer; an appointment for on-site repairs is required, please contact the time in advance. If it is determined that the damage is obviously caused by improper violence, the above warranty will not be provided.
◯ Return Notice
Except for omissions or obvious defects in the shipment, earrings are hygienic and will not be returned or exchanged; other products can only be exchanged once if there is a problem with the size. For returns and exchanges, please submit an application within the 7-day appreciation period of receiving the goods, and return the packaging and contents in full. Overdue will not be accepted.
