The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items ship within 1-3 days. Made-to-order items require a waiting period of 2-6 weeks (excluding shipping time, national holidays, and natural disasters). If you require the jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before placing your order to check for stock availability or their capacity to create it for you. Items processed through the factory require more time. Factory-processed items include: wax carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving.
