It was there that we serendipitously met the owners of the Italian stationery brand Rubinato s.r.l and leather notebook maker Manufactus, who were exhibiting. This chance encounter led to a friendship and the beginning of a lasting collaboration. Rubinato s.r.l offers more than just ordinary stationery; their ink dip pens and other unique items are infused with a passion for artistic creation, continuously introducing products that blend innovative and classical aesthetics. Meanwhile, Manufactus crafts handmade, plant-dyed leather notebooks. The covers are dyed using natural herbal pigments, making each notebook's exterior color entirely unique due to the handmade coloring process. The fine paper is crafted using traditional methods in the centuries-old historic town of Amalfi. This is a type of deckle-edged paper that is exceptionally well-suited for writing and drawing. Manufactus products have been showcased at international exhibitions in Paris, New York, and Frankfurt, symbolizing the revival and resurgence of classical handmade journals.
