Artist handmade baby elephant. His height is 19 cm. When he sits - 15 cm. Weight is 114 gram. Elephant is small, it is convenient to take it with you on the trip or put it on a shelf. The elephant is sewn from german viscose, Schulte. Cotton fabric on the paws and ears. I sewed the toy all by hand, without using a sewing machine. I filled the elephant with fiberfill and rubber pellets. Stuffing is soft. The eyes are glass, manufactured in Germany. The elephant is slightly tinted with oil paints. Joints : cardboard discs and metal pins. The arms, legs and head move, so the elephant changes his position easily. The elephant sits, but not stands. The scarf and hat are hand-knit, inspired by cozy winter stories. Yarn - wool, pleasant to the touch. The scarf and hat can be removed. Elephant is small, it is convenient to take it with you on the trip or put it on a shelf. I also sewed a carpet for the elephant from different pieces of fabric. This technique is called patchwork. I think it's perfect for winter stories like this. The elephant and the carpet will arrive in a beautiful fabric bag embroidered with my logo. So this toy is perfect for a gift.
