Creation Myths Creation myths themselves explore the origins of all things. While their narrative quality is relatively lower compared to other types of myths, and many ethnic groups' creation myths are recorded in fragmented and incomplete documents, they are gradually overlooked by the public. However, among myth categories, creation myths are the most significant. This is because they describe the early imagination of ancient peoples regarding the process of the world's and humanity's origins. They reflect the ancient peoples' understanding and exploration of the genesis of all things, human origins, and the celestial bodies, marking the beginning of the world. This work uses illustrations to convey the content and essence of creation myths to the general public. This publication is divided into eight countries, this being the Japan chapter.
