Photo Printing & Adhesion Service: Printing: Photos are included as a gift with your card purchase, printed using a composite inkjet photo printer. You are also welcome to provide your own photos. Adhesion: Photos will be adhered in a random order. If you have specific placement requests, we will leave those spots for you to adhere them yourself. 4. Sizes: Standard sizes include A4 (opens to A3), A5 (opens to A4), A6 (opens to A5). Please message customer service for other sizes. 5. Colors: You can choose any colors you like. Subjective Differences: After placing an order, we cannot offer partial refunds or returns based on "differences from imagination/proportion issues or other personal aesthetic preferences." Please refer to the existing style of finished products in our store. Handmade items cannot achieve perfect symmetry or 100% realism. 3. After-Sales & Order Abandonment: This product is custom-made to order and is not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period. Those who fail to pick up their orders without valid reason will be considered to have intentionally abandoned their order and will be subject to relevant civil liabilities. 4. Work Sharing: Photos of finished products may be publicly shared on our platforms later (personal information will be hidden). If you do not wish for your work to be shared, please inform us in advance. Failure to do so will be considered consent. 5. Returns: Customized products fall under "Exceptional Product Categories*" and are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period regulations under consumer protection laws. Returns and exchanges are not possible. 6. Color Variation: Minor color differences between product photos and the actual physical item are normal and do not qualify for refunds or returns. 7. Unboxing Video: Please record the entire unboxing process upon receipt to protect your rights and ours. Please report any issues within 1 day of receipt; requests made after this period will not be processed. 8. Photo Material: Photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet photo printer. 9. Paper Material: Craft paper. 10. Size Variance: Due to manual production and measurement, a 0-2 cm error is normal. 11. Receipt: Please inform us in advance if you require a receipt. Our store does not use unified invoices. If a duplicate receipt needs to be sent later, it will be sent via registered mail.
