Creating a Scene in Empty Mountains｜Course Concept
In the language of nature, Stone is bone, moss is skin, and light and shadow are air.
This course uses several classic landscape tanks as design templates to guide you to deeply understand the landscape vocabulary and composition logic of various stones. The class will not provide replicable designs, but will start your personal landscape creation journey.
We believe that there is an empty mountain in everyone's heart, waiting to be discovered and constructed.

Course highlights:
▍Stone Stone practice: A variety of stone materials are available on site (Qinglong Stone, Stone, Thousand Layer Stone...) and the characteristics, texture and visual effects of each Stone type are explained.
▍Stacking techniques: Demonstrate how to use large and small stones to form spatial layers such as "arches/gaps/ridges", and learn stabilization techniques (bonding, clamping, and weighting).
▍Composition principles: Analyze the aesthetics of natural landscapes from the perspective of "center of gravity positioning/depth of field/white space and guide lines" and other visual principles to enhance aesthetic perception.
▍Free creation: Each student will select Stone, compose pictures, and match plants to independently complete a tank of his or her own "Empty Mountain Scenery".
Course Information:
｜Course time｜Classes start every Wednesday, each class lasts about 3 hours
｜Course threshold｜1 person can start a course (up to 4 people)
｜Suitable for｜Those who have basic cylinder production experience and want to further improve their composition and design capabilities
| Fees | NT$ 1,698 per person (including all materials, venue, one finished pot per person, and lamps need to be purchased separately)

Class address: Zhongzheng Road, Xindian District, New Taipei City
MRT: Take the MRT [Songshan-Xindian Line] to Qizhang Station, then walk about 5 minutes from Exit 1 to arrive

You can park at the nearby Xindian Baoqiao Multi-storey Parking Lot (No. 31, Baozhong Road), which is about a 3-minute walk away.

To maintain privacy and quality of experience, this course is by appointment only. The exact address and floor will be provided after registration.
Stone type description:
This design can be customized with different Stone types according to personal preference to create a personal "Silence of Empty Mountains". Please indicate the Stone type when purchasing, or provide a reference picture and discuss with the designer. (If there is a problem with inventory, the organizer has the final decision). If not specified, random Stone types will be provided on site.

Registration conditions and cancellation rules
Maximum number of people: 4 people (one person can travel)
Registration method: By appointment only, please inform the appointment time at least one week in advance
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
・This course is based on the principle of "cancellation and refund are not accepted"
・If you are unable to come at the last minute, please inform us at least three days in advance and you can reschedule once for free
・If you still need to cancel, it will be deemed as giving up and no refund will be given
・You can arrange another time to pick up the materials at the studio, or choose to mail them (shipping fee is extra)
