➤ While masks are no longer mandatory indoors as per government guidelines, please wear one if you are experiencing cold or cough symptoms.
➤ Tools are disinfected weekly with a Philips UV sterilizer.
➤ Metalworking processes can generate dust and welding fumes. We use a Honeywell Air Purifier to minimize air pollution and maintain good air quality.
➤ During polishing and finishing, instructors use a professional-grade air purifier for dust extraction to protect their lungs and maintain excellent air quality.

2015: Completed the weekend course in "Jewelry Design and Wax Carving" at the Keelung Vocational Training Center.
2015: Founded the jewelry brand "Nimou Silver" and co-managed the shared studio "Shuo Jin Metalworking" on Jinzhou Street.

【Regarding Tardiness】
➤ Please arrive at the studio punctually or 10 minutes early.
Punctuality is a virtue. Classes begin on time, and a grace period of up to 10 minutes is acceptable.
➤ Exceeding 10-20 minutes late: A tardiness fee of NT$500 per person will be charged. As all students receive simultaneous guidance, being late requires the instructor to repeat instructions, disrupting the progress and flow for other participants and demanding extra effort from the instructor.
➤ Exceeding 20 minutes: Entry to the studio will be denied, and a rescheduling fee of NT$500 per person will be charged. Rescheduling will be limited to weekdays and will not be available during popular weekend slots.

➤ No refunds will be issued on the day of the experience due to tardiness or personal reasons.
➤ Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to the event (excluding the event day) will receive a full refund.

➤ Cancellations made 3 days prior to the event (excluding the event day) are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

【Regarding Rescheduling】
➤ If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will be unable to enter and must reschedule. A rescheduling fee of NT$500 per person will apply, and rescheduling will be limited to weekdays only (not available during popular weekend slots).
➤ In case of unforeseen circumstances such as confirmed COVID-19, influenza, accidents, illness, or family emergencies, please contact us via LINE official account (@nimoujewelry) and provide relevant proof (photos, medical documentation) to arrange a rescheduled session. The booking will be held for three months; failure to reschedule within this period will be considered forfeiture.
➤ Changes to the date must be notified at least 6 days in advance. Changes made within 6 days will incur a rescheduling fee of NT$500 per person and are limited to one change. Same-day changes are not permitted.

【Ring Size Adjustment Instructions】
➤ Expanding Ring Size: One free adjustment to expand the ring size is permitted (limited to 0.5-1 size increase). For expansions exceeding 1 size, additional silver material will be required, and a quote will be provided based on the materials used.
➤ Shrinking Ring Size: An additional service fee of NT$380 per ring (for in-person pickup) is required. Same-day repairs are not possible. Registered mail costs NT$60 extra.
