・After checking in at the store and confirming the style, if you wish to change styles (only available for styles with materials in stock), you may do so by paying the price difference. No refunds will be given for exchanges to lower-priced styles.
・Class registration only reserves a spot. Companions may be permitted based on available space in the classroom on the day, but they will not be able to participate in the experience.
・Please arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time. To ensure ample practice time during the experience, please do not be late.
・During the instruction, the teacher will demonstrate once and provide students with practice materials to create once before working with the official materials. If an unfixable flaw occurs due to personal error, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
・The silver ring class typically takes 2-3 hours (duration may vary depending on the complexity of the chosen style). After the class, the teacher will take approximately 2 hours for finishing and polishing the piece (you may explore the nearby area and return to pick it up). If you require same-day pickup, the latest appointment slot is 15:30. If you do not need same-day pickup, you may book an evening slot, and the completed piece can be mailed to you (free shipping) or picked up later.
"Metalworking Handcraft Class" is a foundational introductory course in metalworking, taught with one-on-one demonstrations by a professional metalworking instructor. A wider range of tools is used, therefore participants must be vocational high school students or older and able to strictly follow the instructor's guidance to ensure safety during the learning process.
・It is imperative to adhere to the instructor's guidance on the safe operation of tools and equipment. Students are required to wear safety glasses, masks, aprons, and closed-toe shoes during class. Failure to comply may result in the instructor halting the class, with the party failing to use equipment safely bearing responsibility for any resulting hazards.
・In the event of a typhoon or other natural disaster on the scheduled class date, classes will be canceled according to the government regulations of the store's location, and a new date will be scheduled.
・The company reserves the right to modify course details. If a store event requires a change, advance notice will be provided to coordinate a new class date.
