Maximum embroidery: 4 Chinese characters, 6 Japanese characters, or 9 English characters. **For a beautiful custom piece, please pay close attention to the embroidery customization instructions below!** **(I) Text** Please provide the text you wish to have embroidered. (You can write this directly in the "Order Notes" section.) Chinese characters will use a girl font; English letters and numbers will use a standard font; Japanese characters will use a bold font. * Maximum embroidery: 4 Chinese characters, 6 Japanese characters, or 9 English characters. * For longer text, an oval speech bubble will be used, similar to the photo. If you wish to make a change, please note it in your order! Thank you.** - Production begins after order checkout. Typically, 1 working day is allocated for standard quantities. Larger quantities may require an additional 1-2 days. - Convenience store pickup: Arrives at the store 48 hours after shipping. **- Express and postal services do not deliver on weekends and public holidays. Please take note.** - Express and postal delivery within mainland Taiwan arrives the next day. Remote areas may take an additional 1-2 days. Please keep an eye out for the postal carrier and express delivery person!! - Postal carriers and express delivery services will not call ahead. If no one is available to receive the package, they will attempt delivery again the next day. If delivery is unsuccessful three times, the package will be held at the post office for pickup. - For specific delivery time requirements, please opt for Black Cat home delivery (this does not imply urgent shipping). If you require specific delivery times, please inform the designer to arrange for Black Cat delivery with additional shipping fees (this does not imply urgent shipping). **Washing and Care Instructions** • Many patterns use limited-edition fabrics and will not be restocked once sold out. • Independent handmade items, limited production. • Usage and Care: • We recommend washing separately in cold water with a neutral detergent. If machine washing with other clothes, please use a laundry bag. Do not dry clean or use bleach. After washing, lay flat to dry. **Handmade and Custom Product Notes** - Handmade items will have a unique handcrafted feel. :) - Production will begin immediately upon receiving the embroidered text and color choices. If any modifications are needed, please confirm them before checkout. **- Please provide the text directly. We do not process orders based on handwritten photos!! Do not provide image files; text from images cannot be copied, and we cannot handle errors in such cases!!** - As production is handled solely by Vicky, embroidery timelines are very tight. Once a customer confirms their desired embroidery text and completes payment, production begins immediately. There is no proofreading or drafting process; numerous examples of finished products are provided. For customers who insist on proofreading before production, as this impacts the production schedule for other customers and to ensure fairness to everyone, we are unable to accommodate requests for pre-production proofreading at this time.
