Change the water approximately every two days. While changing the water, trim about 1-2cm off the bottom of the stems at an angle to maintain good water absorption. Remove any withered leaves or flowers as you tend to them. After trimming, shorter stems can be placed in small glass vases or jam jars for continued enjoyment. To prolong the flowers' lifespan, consider adding a floral preservative, a small amount of bleach (less than 1ml per 200ml of water), or a copper coin. ■ Placement Place in a cool, shaded area, avoiding direct sunlight and air conditioner drafts to extend the life of your fresh flowers. ■ Order Modifications & Cancellations If you need to change your order details, card message, or delivery address, please contact us no later than 12:00 PM, 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery date (e.g., for a June 8th delivery, contact us by 12:00 PM on June 3rd). Requests made after this time cannot be accommodated, and refunds will not be issued. Your understanding is appreciated. The vase life of fresh flowers is approximately 5-10 days, which may vary depending on the variety and environment. Please provide appropriate care based on your environment to extend their bloom. As fresh flowers and plants are perishable, minor damage or scuffs may occur during preparation and delivery. Slight imperfections are considered within acceptable range. Floral availability fluctuates significantly. If a specific flower is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar variety to maintain the integrity and aesthetic of the design. Substitutions will not be notified in advance. ■ Card & Care Guide We offer complimentary card printing services. Please provide your message during checkout. A care instruction card will be included with your order, so you don't have to worry about how to maintain your flowers. ■ Delivery Methods For areas near Shuangbei (Taipei & New Taipei City): Same-day delivery via Lalamove courier. For farther areas within Shuangbei and other cities/counties: Shipped the day before delivery via Black Cat Express (delivery on Sundays and Mondays cannot be specified; delivery routes are subject to the driver's schedule. We recommend scheduling delivery for an earlier date). ■ Recipient Information Accuracy Please ensure the recipient's name and phone number are correct and that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery.
