📋 The curriculum is exceptionally comprehensive. To ensure personalized attention for each student's hands-on practice, each class is limited to a maximum of 2 students. As each student progresses at their own pace, class may end slightly earlier or later than scheduled. Please avoid scheduling tight commitments, as the class concludes when all tasks are completed.
✅ You are welcome to find your desired designs beforehand. All creations made during the class are yours to take home upon completion.
✅ The entrepreneurship course content is primarily semi-customizable, allowing for adjustments based on student needs. You will learn to utilize professional recipes combined with the instructor's exclusive techniques and methods, ensuring meringue remains stable throughout the day. During the class, students will be guided on packaging and photographing their beautiful creations, as well as cost calculation and marketing strategies. The last hour of the class will be dedicated to reviewing key takeaways with the students.

Q: What does "semi-customizable" mean?
A: Based on your entrepreneurial aspirations or if you're a business owner struggling to secure orders, the instructor will leverage her 8 years of studio experience to provide tailored advice and adjustments.

⚠️ Meringue courses require a minimum baking time of 3-4 hours or more. For students attending the one-day course, if your creations are not fully baked, you may take them home partially baked to finish drying, or arrange for the instructor to bake them for you and choose either shipping or a separate pick-up appointment.
✅ All equipment and ingredients needed for the course will be provided by the studio. You only need to bring a pen and a cheerful spirit!
✅ Complimentary refreshments are included in all courses. (Lunch is also included in the tuition fee.)
❎ No certificates or formal completion documents are issued for the entrepreneurship course.

⚠️ This course is limited to participants aged 12 and above.
⚠️ After registering for the course, please record the dates in your calendar. No separate reminders will be sent.
⚠️ Course fees are non-refundable after payment. If you are unable to attend on the original scheduled date, you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member (please inform us at least five days prior to the class, along with the name of the transferred participant, for arrangement purposes). Alternatively, you may arrange for one make-up class, which must be completed within 30 days of the original course date (make-up classes will be held at the Taichung studio).
⚠️ If a spot is transferred, for the two-day course, only the transferred participant may attend; individual session transfers are not permitted.
• A material and administrative fee of NT$1500 is applicable for make-up classes, and these must align with the studio's existing class schedule. Separate classes will not be arranged.
• If you cancel or do not attend the make-up class, it will be considered forfeiture of the make-up opportunity, and no further make-up classes will be offered.

📌 If a minor registers for the entrepreneurship course, due to the intensive schedule and extensive operational area, parents will not be permitted to accompany the student inside the classroom.
📌 Photography is permitted during class. Video recording is limited to 3 minutes, and audio recording is allowed. Please refrain from filming the instructor or assistants to respect their intellectual property.
📌 Each class will provide a gift box and a carrier bag. You are also welcome to bring your own container.
📌 To maintain the quality of the class and the rights of all students, entry to the studio is permitted 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Please do not arrive too early or too late. The door will not be opened early, allowing the instructor to focus on preparing the materials and space for the day!
📌 The instructor will not repeat explanations for latecomers. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your spot will automatically be cancelled. To avoid disrupting the learning progress and environment for other students, mid-class entry is not permitted. Course materials must be collected from the studio after the class concludes; they will not be mailed separately.
