The rim is lined with green Oribe glaze, and the back is decorated with plum blossoms scattered in a drawing style so as not to be noisy. The glaze and makeup mud are basically hand-painted. The paint marks and shades of the brush give it a taste. The motif is based on Kenzan Ogata's plum flower prose of the Rimpa school and arranged it. It's thick, heavy and feels sturdy.
