Shading refers to the variation in ink density when writing. Saturation refers to the colorful gradients after the ink is applied. All ink effects are achieved without external force or dilution, existing inherently. Ink Precautions: This ink is handmade, using imported cosmetic-grade dyes from the UK, crafted from scratch. Please understand the characteristics of handmade ink; it differs from commercially branded inks. If replicated, the colors may not be perfectly reproduced. Due to the limitations in preservatives and other additives compared to commercial standards, the ingredients are relatively natural. Therefore, to minimize contamination and potential mold growth, avoid directly filling your fountain pen or using a dip pen whenever possible. Please be aware that unboiled tap water contains various unseen bacteria. While generally harmless, it can lead to degradation over time. If using a dip pen, please thoroughly dry your pen after washing or use distilled or boiled water as your rinsing solution. ----------------------------- All inks have undergone the following tests: Standing → Filtering → Filling into an F-nib fountain pen → Standing for one month The images have been adjusted to minimize paper color influence. However, ink colors may vary due to screen calibration, photography techniques, paper type, and the width of the nib used. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to color discrepancies. ------------------------------ This ink is a shimmer ink. My handmade inks use pearl powder above 800 mesh. The shimmer may not be comparable to other handmade inks emphasizing glitter colors. Fountain pens with F nibs or larger can be used for temporary filling after testing. However, please refrain from using them in high-value fountain pens. No glue is added to any of my inks. If you desire a thicker consistency for easier use with a dip pen, gum arabic powder is available for purchase in the add-on section. It is common knowledge that adding gold powder to fountain pens carries a risk of clogging. If left unused for extended periods, please clean the ink thoroughly to prevent blockage. If you are filling a fountain pen and do not want the gold powder, do not shake the bottle; only draw ink from the upper layer. The gold particles may transfer to the touch when the ink is dry. For artwork, it is recommended to preserve it by applying a protective art sealant spray. Do not mix my handmade inks with each other to prevent sedimentation. ----------------------------- The fragrances used in the ink are food-grade flavorings. The scent is only fragrant during writing and does not persist on paper long-term. **Ink is a liquid, and I cannot ship it directly overseas. Please do not proceed with checkout directly.
