【Important Notes】
◆ Once registered, refunds are not available for cancellations. You are welcome to find a substitute or reschedule.
(Rescheduling due to personal reasons requires a three-day advance notice and is limited to one change.)
◆ Cancellations on the day of the class or arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the class, with no rescheduling or refund options.
◆ In case of natural disasters that lead to official work/school suspensions, you may choose to postpone or receive a refund according to regulations.
◆ By participating in this class, you agree to abide by the event rules and guidelines.
◆ To participate, you must provide your name and contact number for identity verification and course information. Incomplete information may prevent participation.
◆ The studio may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional use on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform staff privately or on-site, and we will make arrangements.
◆ Your personal information will only be used by our company for processing and will not be shared with unrelated third parties. Your data will be automatically deleted one month from the class date. You may request to view, copy, supplement, correct, or cease the collection, processing, use, or deletion of your personal data before this period.
◆ Maple Art Studio reserves the right to modify or change class details.
