It features a jade-green spherical body, golden soft spines, and blooms with white flowers. It possesses strong vitality and easily produces offsets, forming a multi-headed cluster. 【Meaning of "Zi Chui" (子吹)】 "Zi Chui" refers to its "clustering" growth habit, where numerous small cactus "babies" sprout. A single-headed plant is called Jin Sheng Wan, while a clustered form is known as Zi Chui Jin Sheng Wan. | Soil | Recommended medium ratio: Granular soil : Peat soil = 7 : 3. | Sunlight | Prefers a growth environment with ample sunlight. However, during the hot summer months, moderate shading is advisable. It can thrive in full sun or partial shade. Even if placed indoors with insufficient sunlight, its strong vitality will allow it to survive, but it may not grow beautifully and could even become etiolated. To cultivate a robust and attractive plant, it's recommended to place it in a sunny location! | Watering | During the spring, summer, and autumn growth seasons, it can be watered thoroughly, approximately every 7-10 days. In winter, reduce watering or stop altogether, watering roughly every 10-14 days. The fundamental principle is to water "when dry, water thoroughly." Cacti are generally very drought-tolerant and sun-loving. Overwatering can easily lead to root rot, hence the need for a loose and breathable medium.
