Simply fill in your message on the checkout page, and leave the layout and design to us! A care instruction card is included with every plant, so you don't have to worry about how to look after it. Please refer to "Product Care Instructions." Depending on delivery, the decorative stones may be packaged separately. Simply pour them into the pot upon arrival. For areas close to Taipei and New Taipei City, delivery will be via Lalamove on the same day. For further areas within Taipei/New Taipei City and other counties/cities, delivery will be via Black Cat Express the day before (delivery cannot be specified for Sundays or Mondays). Please ensure you provide the recipient's name and phone number, and confirm that someone will be available to receive the delivery. We regret that we cannot offer replacements or refunds for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses, recipient absence, or unreachability. The ordering party will be responsible for return shipping costs. To modify your order or recipient details, please contact us no later than 19:00 three days prior to the scheduled delivery date (refer to the bottom of the webpage).
