1. Bouquet Details: 1) Bouquet dimensions (including packaging) are approximately: 25cm width x 30cm length (manual measurement, slight variations may occur). Longer stem lengths are intentionally left to allow for trimming to fit your preferred vase at home. If this is a gift, please leave a note in the order comments stating: "Gift Bouquet," and we will trim the stems to an appropriate gift-giving length. 2) Includes a complimentary gift bag and a packet of flower food. All bouquets are shipped with simple, elegant packaging. 3) The water-retaining material at the base of the stems uses a Japanese brand of fresh-keeping gel. This minimizes water leakage during transit and helps to extend the life of the flowers. After receiving the bouquet, rinse off the gel with clean water before placing it in a vase. 2. Delivery Options: A. Black Cat Low-Temperature Delivery: 1) Estimated Delivery Time: Please specify your desired delivery time in the order comments (recommended delivery days for low-temperature shipping are Tuesday-Friday). We will ship the bouquet the day before your requested date (e.g., if you wish to receive it on Thursday, it will be shipped on Wednesday). Delivery is typically next-day. 2) Please avoid scheduling delivery during or the day before national holidays, as high shipping volumes during these periods can often lead to delays. B. In-Person Pickup Available: Our studio is located in Beitun District, Taichung City. 3. Important Notes: 1) The flower varieties used in the bouquet are carefully selected by our florist based on seasonal availability at the flower market. The photo is for reference only; the actual arrangement will not be identical. If a specific flower is unavailable, our florist will make substitutions while maintaining the overall style and aesthetic. The color palette will primarily be pink. Customization requests for flower types or colors cannot be accommodated for this arrangement. Please refrain from ordering if this is a concern. 2) The base of the flower stems will be secured with a water bag to maintain freshness. For deliveries within Taichung City, in-person pickup is also an option. Please contact the designer for pickup location details. 3) Studio Holiday Schedule: Sundays, Mondays, and national holidays are our regular days off.
