📍 Upon successful registration, we are unable to offer refunds. Please ensure you have thoroughly considered and accepted these terms before registering.
To clarify, confirming your booking reserves your spot and means we must decline other students who wish to book that specific time slot. Additionally, the instructor will have turned down other teaching commitments and prepared materials in advance. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds for non-attendance on the day.
📍 Please arrive on time for class. Late arrivals will not be granted extended class time, though you are welcome to arrive 10 minutes early to prepare.
📍 There are two parking lots near the studio. We recommend checking a map beforehand to confirm their locations and avoid delays.
📍 The studio is an indoor space requiring indoor shoes. If you have hygiene concerns, you are welcome to bring your own clean indoor slippers; the studio does not provide them.
📍 To ensure the learning experience for all students, please refrain from bringing companions. We appreciate your understanding.
⭐️ Flexible Time Extension Option:
1. If you are unable to complete your artwork within the scheduled time, you can extend your session for an additional hour at a cost of NT$300.
2. The maximum extension allowed on the day is one hour.
3. If the artwork remains unfinished after the extension, a separate appointment will need to be scheduled to complete it. This subsequent session will be charged at NT$1200 for 2 hours.
4. By following the instructor's steps, completion within the day is generally expected.
5. For those who prioritize intricate creative detail, we recommend our regular four-session course, which offers better value.
