Mug dimensions are height 98mm, diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and air bubbles along the curved edges are unavoidable during the mug's firing process and are considered normal. Returns or exchanges will not be processed for these conditions. ● When washing, please refrain from using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scrubbers or steel brushes), as these can scratch and remove the surface coating. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are produced through high-temperature firing. Imperfections such as small inclusions or indentations are normal occurrences during this process. ● Minor scratches and dust on the coaster surface are unavoidable. Approximately 10% variation in the quality of blank coasters per batch is expected. The ink absorption level of the coaster's pores may vary, especially with pink or dark background designs, which can result in uneven color blocks or cloudy spots. All these situations are considered normal and not defects. Please ensure you accept these conditions before placing an order if you are a perfectionist. ● Each set of coasters includes a paper box. The non-slip pads are attached manually, and slight misalignment may occur. Product images are composite mock-ups for reference only. Actual finished product colors and proportions may have slight variations. The final product will be the definitive standard. This is a customized product. Production time is calculated from the day after payment is completed and takes 7-10 days (excluding holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. All products in this store are custom-made. Production will only begin after payment is completed. Once production starts, modifications and returns/exchanges are not possible.
