If no preference is stated, delivery will be without a specific time slot. ✴️ During peak seasons such as Mother's Day or Father's Day, specific delivery time slots cannot be guaranteed, nor can next-day delivery. ✴️ As this is a perishable, custom-made product, there is no 7-day cooling-off period (which allows for unconditional returns within seven days of receipt). Shelf life: 7 days from the date of production. 2 Before tasting, place the cake in the refrigerator to thaw (approximately 4-5 hours). The center of the cake should be slightly frozen, resembling an ice cream texture. This cake is best enjoyed with an ice cream-like texture. 3 Once thawed in the refrigerator, please consume the cake promptly to maintain its optimal texture. 4 During hot summer weather, frozen items may partially thaw during delivery. Upon receiving the cake, please check its condition immediately.
