Try to choose the bottom of the product or a small area or no shape part) 8. In order to avoid scratching the desktop and anti-skid, the bottom of the product will try to add anti-slip pads. (Some products are not applicable) 9. Some of the product logos are carved from precious Taiwanese cypress wood, which can be customized with the text you want. 10. For incense or ashtray products, it is normal to leave traces of supplies or the color of sesame oil after use. Please be careful of burning candles. 11. Since there is no additional mold opening fee for customized products, our store reserves the right to resell the products. 12. The marked size is a reference value. Handmade products will have a slight drop. 13. Some commodities have a small amount of stock. When there is no stock, the order is restricted to be shipped within seven working days. 14. Custom engraving, the engraving range is "2.5 cm high, 16.6 cm wide" with two Chinese fonts preset. Engraving of other sizes, images or designated fonts requires a separate quotation according to customized requirements. It is recommended to send a message to inquire first. 15. If there is a designated font in order to avoid the expected drop, please provide an edited JPG file, then the lettering will be directly applied. If there is no designated font, please fill in the content to be engraved in the remarks column, which will be directly arranged by the designer. 16. In order to respect the original creation, those who provide drawings for engraving content will not provide services such as drawing editing (such as removing the background and re-typesetting)/cutting.
