｜Reservation Change/Cancellation/Postponement｜
1. Daily classes are held at 13:00 and 18:00. If you need to book a different time slot, please contact us.
2. Cancellation will not be accepted from 3 days before the departure date to the day of departure. The deposit will not be refunded for last-minute cancellations or no-shows without reason. Please understand.
3. Please contact us 7 days in advance if you wish to reschedule. We will assist you in making the appointment change. The quota can be reserved for up to 3 months.
｜Course Participation｜
1. Due to handmade production, there will be slight manual errors in the width and thickness of the ring body.
2. Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, it will be considered as a cancellation. It is recommended to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to enjoy the full course process.
3. If you are accompanied by someone, please rest in the rest area during the course. Please do not register for two people at the same time.
4. Wedding Code will take side photos during the event. The photos and videos containing your portrait may be used for record or promotional purposes in the future. If you do not wish to be photographed, you can actively inform the staff on site.
5. Wedding Code reserves the right to decide whether to start a course or accept registration.
