While it may appear simple at first glance, this has been one of Gardener's most challenging drawstring pouches to create. The complexity arose from the differing angles of the pleats. A key detail is that the second pleat from the center is angled diagonally towards the bottom. The first pleat runs straight down at a right angle, but the second pleat is inserted at a different angle to imbue the design with a sense of motion. By making the pleats deep and generous, we aimed to subtly convey a luxurious use of fabric. This pouch is designed for those who find overly sweet styles a bit much, yet desire something unique and distinct from the ordinary. The material is a 50% cotton, 50% linen canvas with a firm, substantial texture. This body ensures the pleats hold their shape without appearing flimsy, lending them a stable and refined presence.
