Do not order if you cannot accept these terms. ---------------------- **/ Vegetable-Tanned Leather /** This studio exclusively uses Italian/European imported vegetable-tanned leather. Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique markings and natural imperfections from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, vein marks, etc. These are not considered defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, or crafting are also considered normal, provided the leather is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for significant damage. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot compare to the flawless consistency of machine production but possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, as the leather ages and through use, it develops personal scratches and marks, deepens in color, and gains a patina, slowly revealing a one-of-a-kind appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely captivating. **/ Color Variations /** Firstly, screen displays can have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches or due to storage time. Even on the same hide, the grain and how it takes dye can differ across sections. Colors will not be identical between repeat orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This is a **"custom-made to order"** item. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching" and "embossed text/font," in the order notes. If no specifications are provided at checkout, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each item is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications made by us, our "customized products" are not eligible for a 7-day appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (e.g., too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not as expected, etc.).
