・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon completion of your order and checkout, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at your scheduled session time. No further SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders not checked out after placement are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Unpaid orders will not be counted towards the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our Facebook page or call (02)2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act for Supplementary Education" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Management of Short-Term Supplementary Schools," as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted 60 days or more before the class start date, a refund of 95% of the total actual payment will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between 59 days and 8 days before the class start date, a refund of 90% of the total actual payment will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between 7 days and 1 day before the class start date, a refund of 80% of the total actual payment will be issued.
。Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months, provided you proactively inform us of your chosen date. Failure to notify us will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot adhere to the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
。On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements are already prepared, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted. Participants who do not attend will be considered to have forfeited.
。To ensure the rights of other participants, arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time on the day of the class will be considered forfeiture.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and account holder name. All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid individuals may not accompany or participate, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where parent-child participation is requested. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a rescheduling of the activity or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure the smooth progression of the workshop, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the crafting studio. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or a full refund.
・Photos and videos of the workshop may be taken by the organizer for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels and other recruitment channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
