Combining and coordinating these three materials, along with custom coloring, creates vibrant, cocktail-like hues. ・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has started before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as proof of registration. No physical ticket will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders not checked out after being placed are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and orders without checkout will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02)2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act for Supplementary Education and Article 33 of the Regulations for Cram Schools, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, the refund policy is:
A. For refund requests submitted 60 days or more before the class starts, 95% of the actual payment will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between 59 days and 8 days before the class starts, 90% of the actual payment will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between 7 days and 1 day before the class starts, 80% of the actual payment will be refunded.
。Rescheduling is permitted for classes within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your desired new session. If no alternative session is communicated, it will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
。For cancellations on the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted, as materials and venue arrangements will have already been made. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
。To protect the rights of other participants, arriving more than 15 minutes late for the scheduled class time on the day of the event will be considered a forfeiture.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unregistered individuals may not accompany participants unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where parent-child participation is approved. Please contact the venue in advance for any such exceptions.
・If the number of participants for a session is less than 6 by two days before the event starts, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the workshop space. This workshop includes self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos featuring your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and special arrangements will be made.
