It is recommended to provide at least two options to facilitate scheduling. 【Important Notes】 ・As body measurements require close proximity and may involve touching sensitive areas, to avoid any concerns, this service is exclusively for female clients. ・On the day of your measurement, please wear or bring form-fitting attire. If the recommended attire is not worn, resulting in measurement inaccuracies, the studio is not responsible. 【Measurement Usage Instructions】 ・The measurements provided by this service are a record of your body shape at the time of measurement. ・Body measurements can change over time due to physique or lifestyle habits. It is recommended to update your data regularly to ensure accuracy. 【Scope of Application】 This service is primarily used for: ✔ Reference for everyday clothing sizes ✔ Basic custom clothing requirements ✔ Personal body data establishment 【Exclusions】 This service is not applicable for highly specialized or unique clothing measurements, including but not limited to: ・Qipao ・Wedding dresses ・Evening gowns ・Stage costumes ・Specially constructed garments ・Clothing requiring extensive custom measurements For such needs, it is recommended to be re-measured by the actual manufacturing unit. 【Custom Order Usage Instructions】 If you order custom clothing from Atelier Llewellyn in the future, you can use this measurement record as needed. If the interval between measurements is too long (recommended to be over one year), a new measurement may be required to ensure a perfect fit. 【Responsibility for Use Elsewhere】 Measurement standards and ease allowances may vary across different brands and manufacturing methods. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the fitting results of custom orders made elsewhere. Atelier Llewellyn is not responsible for any discrepancies in sizing that may arise from using our measurement data for production with other entities. 【Appointment and Cancellation Policy】 1. Once your appointment time is confirmed and your order is completed, your slot is secured. Atelier Llewellyn will arrange its work schedule accordingly. **Once a slot is secured, changes to the appointment, transfer of the slot, or conversion to other services are not permitted.** 2. Please confirm that you can fully commit to your chosen appointment date and time (morning/afternoon) before booking. **If you are unable to attend at the scheduled time, please do not make a reservation.** 3. If you need to cancel your appointment due to personal reasons, please submit a cancellation request **within 7 days (inclusive) of the appointment date**. A **20% administrative fee of the service cost will be charged**, and the remaining amount will be refunded. The administrative fee **is applicable regardless of the reason for cancellation or how early it is made.** 4. Cancellations made **within 7 days (exclusive of the 7th day) of the appointment date, or no-shows on the appointment day, will be considered a forfeiture of the reservation, and no refund will be issued.** 5. Personal reasons include, but are not limited to, the following situations: scheduling conflicts, last-minute work arrangements, feeling unwell, forgetting to use discounts/points/store credit, not paying attention to the appointment time and service details, operational errors, change of mind, etc. **The cancellation and refund policy for this service applies to all the above situations.**
