Modifying existing pieces with gemstones: Original price + NT$800 to NT$4000 or more (sketches may be provided for reference for some pieces, design drafts are not included). Silver jewelry: NT$6,500 - NT$40,000 per piece (excluding gemstones). Gold jewelry: Starting from NT$20,000, requires consultation for pricing. "Black and White Design Drafts" Option A: NT$2,100 for 1 design, with two rounds of minor adjustments. Each subsequent minor adjustment is NT$700, and a major revision is NT$2,100. *This option is suitable for those who provide reference images of the desired style. If the designer provides more than one design draft, the unselected design(s) remain the designer's property. Option B: NT$4,200 for a selection of 2-3 designs. After choosing one, you receive two rounds of minor adjustments. Each subsequent minor adjustment is NT$1,400, and a major revision is NT$2,100. *Option B is suitable for those who are unsure of their desired style. *Add NT$1,400 for a detailed black and white draft. *Add NT$3,500 for a detailed black and white draft with a color illustration (a postcard will be gifted upon completion of the jewelry). !!The copyright of the paid design draft remains with the designer and cannot be used for commercial purposes without permission!! *Once the design draft is confirmed, no further adjustments can be made. If adjustments are absolutely necessary, additional fees will apply. Please communicate all ideas during the discussion process. If during the 3D modeling or wax carving stage, the designer offers minor adjustments, any adjustment time exceeding the labor cost will incur additional charges. "Exclusive Customization Process" Ordering with or without a loose gemstone: 1. Initial discussion of the desired item's shape, gemstones, and materials, along with a price estimate. 2. Selection of loose gemstones. 3. Payment of the design fee. 4. Confirmation of the design draft and full payment, followed by scheduling of production time. Ordering with your own loose gemstone: 1. Measure the length, width, and height of your loose gemstone and provide front, side, and back photos to the designer. 2. Initial discussion of the desired item's shape and materials, along with a price estimate. 3. Ship the loose gemstone to the designer for an inlay risk assessment. If the risk is deemed too high, the gemstone will be returned, and the customer will bear the round-trip shipping costs. If you are concerned about shipping, please arrange to deliver the gemstone in person at an exhibition or by appointment. 4. Payment of the design fee. 5. Confirmation of the design draft. 6. Full payment and scheduling of production time. Production Time: 3-10 weeks, excluding public holidays and natural disasters. Actual time may vary. If you require the item by a specific date, please discuss it with the designer beforehand. Thank you. Budget: Please mention your budget constraints, and the designer will recommend the most suitable options. This is a customized product and is not subject to the seven-day hesitation period stipulated in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act. Please confirm your needs before placing an order. If you have any questions, please discuss them with the designer first. "Service for Providing Your Own Gemstones" Inlay fees do not include compensation for damage. The cost of compensation for breakage is not proportional to the fees charged by the gem setter. Therefore, without insurance coverage of 30% of the actual gemstone value, compensation for breakage cannot be claimed. If insurance is required, please inform us of your insurance needs before making the full payment. The designer will assess the gemstone's appearance and characteristics and charge accordingly. Payment signifies agreement. Actual received value: The amount that actually goes into the gem setter's pocket after deducting discounts and platform fees. "Service for Selecting Your Own Beloved Gemstones" Gemstone sourcing services are not provided on Pinkoi. If you cannot find a gemstone you like within the designer's collection, please purchase it yourself and then order a custom piece. Please provide the desired gemstone type, color, shape, and your approximate budget for additional gemstone costs (in hundreds/thousands). Customizing with different gemstones will incur a structural modification fee for the jewelry (excluding additional costs for the gemstone itself). If the color is unclear, you can search online for similar shades or color charts, and the designer will help you find a suitable gemstone. If you choose from the designer's own gemstone collection, videos will be provided. The gemstone will be reserved for you if payment is made within 3 days or by an agreed-upon deadline after receiving the video or photos. Gemstones from the designer's collection will be shown in videos taken under natural light. If the weather is poor, indoor lighting will be used. The designer is not a gemstone dealer; these are personal collections. Photos and videos of all gemstones cannot be provided. If you do not have a specific preferred gemstone color or shape, please browse online for gemstones you like or arrange an appointment with the designer to view gemstones at a market event. 💎 "Attention ⚠️" 1. Finding gemstones and taking videos require significant time. Customers who disappear after communication or fail to provide a definitive answer will no longer have the right to order custom pieces. Please respect your rights and do not let the designer's efforts go to waste. 🥲 2. Product responsibility extends until shipment is complete. In case of damage or loss during transit, the logistics company will be responsible. Pinkoi shipments via 7-11 have a compensation limit of NT$20,000, and Family Mart has a limit of NT$10,000. For amounts exceeding NT$20,000, if paid insurance is required, please choose postal service.
