• Designers must prepare materials in advance. To protect the rights of the designers, if a cancellation is due to personal reasons of the consumer, a 30% handling fee will be charged, and no refunds will be issued within 1 day prior to the event.
• If you need to reschedule, please contact the designer immediately via private message.
• This activity is open to participants aged 12 and above.
• Only ticket holders may participate in the experience. Those without tickets are not permitted to join the experience.
• Entry begins 15 minutes before the event. To ensure the smooth progress of the experience, please be punctual. Late arrivals or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
• If there is a delay or postponement, please notify the designer in advance via private message or message.
• If materials are mistakenly made or damaged due to personal negligence during the process, new materials will need to be purchased to continue production.
• In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, Tinco will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
• The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes. These may be uploaded to the Facebook fan page or IG page "Tinco" after the event and may be used for event recaps or other recruitment channel promotions, potentially including your image. You are welcome to download any photos featuring yourself.
